This international yacht engineering company, with over 600 employees located over 12 branches in different parts of the world, is looking to relocate their headquarter in the Netherlands.
For this company I did research in the organisation to understand the needs and wishes for a new headquarter. What are the minimum standards? Which extras may benefit the efficiency of the company and the teamwork within? I translated this into a statement of requirements.
Also i was on a hunt for the most suitable location for this company and made analyses based on the companies needs and wishes, and on the other hand on the legal procedures, planning and finances. i advised them on their choice for a new location.
