In cooperation with and for a variety of NGOs (Child of Uganda, Stick2Uganda, Tear) I did research in the north-east of Uganda (Karamoja). The main goal was to find out what the priotities and opportunities were of this area. We made connections between the different priorities and tried to find out why the situation is as it is. This has been the first step towards a development plan for a more self-reliance and resilient Karamoja considering local resources, cultures and capabilities.
