Feasibility studies Leiden

Finding suitable functions for monumental buildings requires building history, technical knowledge, creativity, love and respect for the past, combined with the contemporary knowledge of project development and a clear vision of market opportunities now and for in the future. HERMON Erfgoed B.V. is specialised in the sustainable re-use of monumental buildings. For this company I made and managed four feasability studies in collaboration with specialised experts for some of the most remarkable buildings in the City of Leiden.

The specific function of the building: auditorium of a cemetary combined with the size and form of the building, led us to a feasibility study to re-use this building as either a bed and breakfast, a meeting + living function, meeting + culture function or as a house for a professor.
