Woonstad Rotterdam is the biggest housing corporation in Rotterdam. Their residents are their core interest. Not only do they provide housing, they also care about the livability. To maintain and improve the livability they invest in neighbourhoods.
During a half year I did research on which factors have a demonstrable link to the desirability of a neighbourhood (average number of replies on social houses, duration of sale houses, imagescore, social and safety index) in Rotterdam, and if, by that you can predict the points of improvement in the future value of a neighbourhood.
