you need a building for a specific use? for your business, for a specific target group, a cultural use.

there is a lot involved. need help to find out how much space you actually need? what kind of spaces you need? which relations between spaces there needs to be? what the most efficient way for your logistics is? which facilities, comfort and look you want and need? i can draft a program of requirements and guide your organisation to find the suitable answers.

a new location

You’re ready for the next step: maybe you want to invest, maybe it’s your first professional location for your company, maybe you need a bigger location or a space that is more in line with your (companies) standards or maybe you are ready for an additional location; a new branch.

i can search for new locations and compare the different locations to your demands and wishes so you can make an informed choice.

during the phase from concept to completion, I can coordinate project, design and construction teams. make decisions when it comes to balancing money, time and quality, maintain contacts political, administrative and internal and make sure that there is enough unifying support.

a project runs, now let’s reassure that everything runs as planned.

I can provide planning management, guide permit procedures, watch the scope, control cost, manage quality, finances and documents and make sure that everyone works with the latest information.

engagement management

for management between client and market i can determine the purchasing needs together with the technical manager, organise tenders to enable market parties to submit proposals and provide contract management.
